- Ok, so we do have to take the messanger into account, but watching the debate - I couldn't vote for it. AND I desparately want legistlation (kinda) like this - energy independence, local support (vs opposition) of leed standards, etc..

- I don't hold much hope for full disclosure - I think its contrary to the unity they're going for, especially coming out of the gates. My hopes are that it leads to an online bill of rights, or 'this is the way things are going to be now'.

- I love to hate on ATT as service and support went from stellar to awful, but can't blame em on this. I think one of the things Apple did well was force all-you-can-eat data. Anyone remember counting your KB? Use the snot out of it, don't worry bout the data, use it love it.

- I think this is one of the most under-reported issues that is ravaging us in the new information age. People have tremendous access to information, yet people choose to flood themselves with information that they agree with.
